The Foundation

Charter, governance, and the people who carry it.

DBB Foundation is a registered nonprofit guided by a board of educators, technologists, and cultural stewards from across Asia, Europe, and Oceania.

Mandate

To advance human potential through intercultural education, vocational excellence, and community resilience — with measurable, transparent, and locally-owned outcomes.

Structure

An established Indonesian foundation and board with international advisory from Australia, France, and the USA. All decisions of the Foundation are independently reviewed.

Reporting

Annual impact and financial reports are published openly. We comply with Indonesian Yayasan law and international NGO transparency standards.

The Five Pillars

One foundation. Five living institutions.

Each pillar of the DBB Foundation operates as a distinct initiative — together forming an interconnected ecosystem of education, justice, vocation, and community life rooted in Bali.

Education01

DBB School

Playgroup, Kindergarten, and Elementary School centered on holistic and community-based learning — where children grow with curiosity, character, and cultural rootedness.

Vocational02

Baliosec

A vocational education centre delivering practical skills and career-focused training for young people and the wider community across the island.

Legal Access03

The People's Law Centre

A community legal education initiative advancing public awareness and equitable access to legal knowledge for everyday citizens.

Advocacy04

Srikandi Justice

A dedicated program for domestic violence awareness, survivor advocacy, and community support for women and families in need.

Community05

DBB Centre

A public hub on the DBB premises hosting educational, cultural, wellness, and social activities — open to the wider community year-round.

One Ecosystem

Five pillars, one shared mission — to nurture human potential from early childhood to lifelong community participation.

"We do not measure our work in buildings raised — but in the courage of those we walk beside."
